Dr. Pollak received his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in 1977 he also holds a Master of Science degree from the Pennsylvania College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Pollak has been conducting research for the past 18 years and is personally active in the evaluation of each trial from study proposals to close out.

 G.Duncan McCarroll, MD-Lead Physician
Dr. McCarroll obtained his medical degree from the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Texas in 1983. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Texas in Houston and has been Board Certified since 1986. Dr. McCarroll has had a professional relationship with Dr. Pollak for over 20 years. He has been an investigator in clinical research since 1994 and is certified a Certified Principal Investigator through the Association of Clinical Research Professionals (ACRP). Research interests include topics related to primary care for adults. |

Bianca Villa-Ramirez – Site Director
Bianca Villa-Ramirez has been with Endeavor Clinical Trials since 2009 and is responsible for managing the clinical operations of the company. She has over 8 years of extensive research, project, and management experience. She began in the clinical research industry as a research coordinator in Phase II-IV then spent 4 years in Phase I before returning to the Phase II-IV environment as a Site Director. Bianca has worked all facets of clinical studies, as she has been a research coordinator, project manager and in her newest role, site leader. Bianca has a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio. |
